It is exceptionally difficult to actually get a representative from the local branch on the line. Possible, but you’re likely going to have to try a couple times.
Quite possibly the worse part of doing business with this bank. I called on a Monday about 9:30 am and the recording said 28 callers ahead of me
It's impossible. The "Keene" (352-xxxx) number defaults to the main office. I'm sure there is a true local number but they don't give it out. If you need personal service IN KEENE, simply go there and wait in line. Usually it's a 15 or so minute wait and the CS people that I've dealt with are good.
I’ve tried over a dozen times over 10 years, never worked once. Very frustrating. Trying right now, third time still nothing. All other aspects of banking there have been good except for this issue.
I may have had to call a couple of times, but i have always gotten someone to talk to. they are also have called me back when i have left a message. Mike Trombley
