Is it possible to call the Keene, NH branch office and actually reach a human being? I have tried many, many times over the last year + and have never even had a human being answer the phone there. Why is this the case? Poor customer service!

It is exceptionally difficult to actually get a representative from the local branch on the line. Possible, but you’re likely going to have to try a couple times.

It's impossible. The "Keene" (352-xxxx) number defaults to the main office. I'm sure there is a true local number but they don't give it out. If you need personal service IN KEENE, simply go there and wait in line. Usually it's a 15 or so minute wait and the CS people that I've dealt with are good.

I’ve tried over a dozen times over 10 years, never worked once. Very frustrating. Trying right now, third time still nothing. All other aspects of banking there have been good except for this issue.
