Just got a new battery stick for oil cartridges. Push the button 5 times to turn on & off. Was told it works with all cartridges but when I screwed it in instead of getting a hit w/green button, it blinks pink 3 times & doesn't deliver a dose. Ideas?

Also try to unscrew a couple threads, this works for me, as it allows more airflow. I have had this issue multiple times, and this works every time

I would bring it back they would help you they're really good with customer service like that

Which brand are u using? I have theraplant, and I don't have buttons I screw mine into the cartridge and then i take a hit until it blinks then stop hold it in for a few seconds then blow out the hit.

Either it didn't charge properly just bring it back and talk to Dave tell him what happened no big deal he is usually free but I do know if you leave it on in your pocket and don't turn it off and we'll fry cuz I did it
