No you have to get a referral to go go to a doctor that approves. I went to Corey jacquez in west Hartford. $150. Then go online and register for license ,$100. Get a temp card in 2 wks. Then license comes in a month. Lotsa hoops
No, sorry they only have pharmacy staff and pharmacists to help you along after you get approved. They can help guide you through the process if you call them after you get a doctor's recommendation, and your name gets put into the system
