It’s 13yo and up with parental consent for that and most other piercings, we would just need the parent to have their ID and the minors birth certificate
they might allow it if you have your parent with you, but it might be 16 for all piercings even with parent permission. best bet is to call ahead and ask, the piercer is a nice guy
