Several factors could contribute to this some of the more common ones are 1. they've changed the recipe 2. They got different Cooks back there and 3. Depending on when you go in there you may be getting egg rolls that's been sitting there all day
They are made at corporate manufacturers, delivered to each restaurant frozen, then fried to order. Still one of my faves.

IT CAN BE ANYTHING THAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO THE SOUTHWEST EGG ROLLS BECAUSE I HAVE NOT TRIED THEM YET
