They don't accept coupons. Today was get a free sub between 10a-12p. They refused to participate. Both subways located on Versailles rd refused. They weren't nice about it either.

I've been to this location a few times. Who I believe to be the owner is never friendly, but have never had any major issues. Today, I went by the drive thru and he said one minute. I waited 2-3 minutes and he proceeded to cough several times into the microphone. Didn't say excuse me or anything. I thought to ask if he had a mask on or washed his hands, but he still wasn't ready to take the order so I drove off. 🤮 I won't go back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I accidentally placed an order for the wrong time. Asha the manager would not remake my food at the correct time or give me a refund for the food I no longer wanted. She was unprofessional and an embarrassment.

How do you mess up a veggie Subway sandwich? Just ask the people at Jett Subway in Frankfort. It was an online order with everything printed on the receipt, yet no mayo, no mustard, no oil, no vinegar, no salt, no pepper. Just messed up my lunch.
