I've been very impressed with Longhorn recently. Had a wonderful experience in Louisville, and also today in Frankfort, KY. Our server was top notch! He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and also made sure every single detail was perfect. Once again my salad was crisp and fresh. My steak was cooked to absolute perfection. So tender and juicy! Again our server was awesome, and that really does make all the difference in the world!

Honestly I never got to actually here. There was no wait getting a table & got sat right away, however no one ever came to the table to even greet us. Many servers walked by us & never said a thing. After about 15 minutes we just got up & walked. We were too hungry to stick around to find out if the service would improve. It definitely wasn't busy enough to justify not being greeted.

Food looked pretty but gave me horrible food poisoning. I was sick for 2 days straight. The salmon tasted burnt and that was all I could taste. The macaroni was mediocre. Food was expensive for the portion sizes and for food that you could cook at home. Someone recommended Longhorns to me for my anniversary with my husband and I highly regret it. This was my first time trying Longhorns and will be my last.

I don’t remember the waiter’s name, but I believe his hair was pulled up. He was so kind and patient. It was busy tonight, but he checked on us a lot to make sure everything was good with our food and drinks. Great service and delicious food every time!!
