If they have it, it's frozen.
You just have to call the store,because last week I was there to pickup some they do not have it. The associates in the store are not very helpful. Today I bought some at Kroger's Englewood and they are pretty fresh. COSTCO also carry it. Hope this help.
I would be shocked if they didn't have some. Their variety is unrivaled. The East Dayton Meat market usually sells "whole pork side" if you want a big one that's fresh.
Not sure, but they have anything I ever looked for. It is a good place to shop around anyway for asian food.
