Why does your Google listing give the impression that one can make an appointment online when you can't do that? I wasted a lot of my valuable time filling out this online form, uploading pics of my DL and insurance card -- all for nothing!!!

Hi Kaye, we cannot edit the name of the "Appointments" field. We include the link to our patient registration system which allows you to complete registration from home and be added to the waiting list. Once you complete registration, a text is sent to you stating we are walk-in only and invites you to come in at your convenience. Thank you for sharing your feedback and we will use it to work on improving our process.

You will have to fill that same online form out either way. When I went in having not filled it out, they just texted it to me and had me do it in the waiting room.
