Went to First Care urgent care in Westerville, Ohio on 12-17-21 for a covid test as it was required by the federal government at the time to travel. Service was great and quick. Received a bill for $177 for services. I've had to call billing and my insurance multiple times as FirstCare kept entering the wrong information to the claim. I thought I had finally gotten it resolved when I received a bill in June for $30 which is my copay. Paid my copay the day I received the bill and thought I was done with this nightmare. Nope! Received a text message on 8-4 stating "final notice before it goes to collections for $57". Called patients services and they said they had just mailed the bill on 8-4. Threaten collections without even giving the time for the bill to arrive. Will have to call insurance again! PROS: quick and easy. CONS: billing ($177 for covid test- over priced) and customer support (rectifying the situation). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Hi Kaye, we cannot edit the name of the "Appointments" field. We include the link to our patient registration system which allows you to complete registration from home and be added to the waiting list. Once you complete registration, a text is sent to you stating we are walk-in only and invites you to come in at your convenience.
