I have to say, Jimmy is amazing. He is hilarious, helpful & kind. I’ve never had a negative experience at this FedEx location, but my conversation with him today brought my rating over the top. This place used to be 24 hours. To my dismay, I went to dropoff a package at 630pm only to find that the store was closed and has no outside drop-off box.

If you call the store they will provide the fax number
This store has all sorts of packaging-envelopes, bubble wrap, tape, etc. You'll have to call them and see what they will do. I don't work there.
You don't need a fedex label, just your at&t account number. They will look u up and scan the serial numbers. No box needed, they have a direct return system with at&t
