Great area to hike. Make sure you have your gps on because the trails aren't marked and sometimes end abrubtly.O nce you get your sense of direction the major feature, atleast for me are the views of Big Walnut Creek.

Great, little-known park. The one trail hits the highlights but is a little hard to follow in places. There are some relics that point to the former private use of the property.

This is a great place to walk dogs. You enter off the road, in the corner of a small field. There is no sign, its across from some apartments. The ground has a weird black criss cross plastic pattern under the grass. There are 2 views, leashed or unleashed. It is possible to do the whole thing leashed but its a bummer for your dog. You MUST have control of your pups off leash. If you choose to let them off, there are a couple of caveats.. 1. There is no parking lot , you enter directly off the street with a blind corner and a hill on the other side. The cars go fast so be very careful. 2. There are people who take their dogs to the field at the entrance of the trail. The owners will specifically tell you to keep your dog away from them. The trails are packed dirt that is well groomed though there are muddy spots, logs to go over and stream crossings. We have gone a few times now and try to explore our way and make a loop. We have seen deer, rabbits and squirrels while walking. There are no trash cans so please pack your poop out. This is a daytime only trail, there are no lights. Have a great time, and just to warn you there are a few steep sections. Not terrible just a bit of exercise! The water at the base is worth it! Hope you try this place and both you and your furball are tuckered out!

Primitive trails, deep brutal paths in and out of the ravines. Great place to disappear into nature.

I haven't seen any information about camping at this park (now called Blendon Ravines), but the Metro Parks FAQ states that overnight camping is allowed only at specified areas of Battelle Darcy Creek and Scioto Grove Metro Parks
Yes there are trails, they are not officially marked. This land was private since 1900’s and acquired by Metro Parks in the last 5 years. Worth it to find and appreciate this treasure! According to Metro Park sources, it will be left primitive. No signs, no bathrooms.
