So my daughter was seen here feeling absolutely awful high fever vomit cough etc. and nothing against the nurse staff they were friendly and wait wasn’t terrible but we were basically told she’s fine monitor her for few days and it’s not Covid. Now less then 24 hours later I’m at a different location my daughter is even worse and come to find out it’s pneumonia and dehydration. She apparently wasn’t tested for strep or pneumonia or anything matching her symptoms aside from Covid. I feel like that’s not only dangerous but my poor baby who is only 5 is now getting the care she needed last night and could’ve avoided the entire day and now night of misery. Again I sympathize with the times we’re in and how busy they must be but my daughter could’ve been spared going through this twice. Feels negligent. These are kids they deserve your full attention and effort.

Admitting admin person was so rude. Chewing us out for pulling masks down to open phone, then asking kids to remove masks for pictures in the same breath. Accusing us of being Covid positive even though the documentation is over a month old. Arguing about insurance not going through every time we go here then it magically goes through after a couple weeks because the admittance person can't do it right. Total jerks, this is the last time we go here.

We are sitting on the non sick side and an older woman who works here brought her sick kid and refused to sit on the sick side. She was wearing an all purple suit. Health department should look into this for putting all the non sick children at risk. I couldn’t imagine any other healthcare facility doing this without major consequences

We had a really great experience this evening. From check in, registration, xray techs, ans the ladies who put the split on my daughter. Thank you for making her feel comfortable from the moment we got there until we left.
