Yes, the items are completely available to the public consumer. However, now that this little gem has been discovered, your likelihood of finding anything worthy of purchase. Many newly immigrated business owners are monetizing the purchase and resale of their inventory for their own financial gain--much to the detriment of Habitats' usual purpose, mission and customer base. I miss the good old days.
