Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. I bought a sofa in June from the manager, *******, how promised he had it in-stock in his warehouse in Seattle. He said there was a very small chance that someone would buy it and we would have our sofa in no more than 2 weeks. $5K later and 3 days later we were told they did not have the sofa in stock. They brought us a terribly ugly loaner couch until ours would be delivered at the end of July. But wait.... they can only get us 2 mismatched pieces and will have to install the actual cover later when they have that in stock. Our mismatched sofa is finally delivered in Early August. 5 MONTHS LATER WE FINALLY GET THE COVER FOR THE COUCH WE ORDERED. Wow.... we thought we were finally done. BUT WAIT... the ZIPPER IS BROKEN AND THE NEED TO ORDER A NEW COVER.... It is now Mid January and I still don't have the couch I ordered in June. I would never buy another piece of furniture from this store again nor would I listen to any of the sales staff.
