You can use the Gamestop app to search for any game and see if they have it at the store you wanna go to. It will tell if you if they have it new, preowned, or both. I checked for you and unfortunately it seems they don't have Grand Theft Auto 5 on PS4 right now new or preowned, but you can keep an eye on the app to see if they get it.
Look on the web site than make sure you pick the right location
