My car was totaled in an accident, the responsible pays party's insurance paid for a rental for me for a couple weeks. The lady that helped me when picking up my rental was extremely professional and polite, as was the gentleman that helped me when dropping it back off. Enterprise will definitely be my first choice whenever the need to rent a vehicle arises in the future!

This car rental company cannot be trusted, We rented a minivan on June 13th, reservation was confirmed by email for pick up on June 24th. On June 22nd they left a message to notify that they had no such car to rent, leaving us with no alternative option. The explanation given was that the central can confirm a booking but they don’t check with the local branch if the car is available. Unbelievable. Plus, the employee on the phone was gross, did not bother to find a solution and did not apologize.

The 3 gental men working the day we wanted to rent our car were very helpful, they helped my fiance with a little miss communication and they were very professional and nice about it. Thank you so much guys, will definitely be going through you next time we rent a car!
