Why is it that they close so early on Fridays? Can't they have people who are not Jewish to keep the store open? Why can't they hire non jews to have the store open on Saturday? I'm genuinely curious.

So just disregard their faith in order to serve? You must be "american"! Paying attention and buying in time on Friday or waiting until Sunday afternoon hasn't killed anyone yet!

Only on winter time and off course they have non Jewish people working there now they closed Fridays at 5pm and everyone has to rest at least 1 day luke all the companies
