And I thought maybe it was a rare thing there... same thing happened to us last night. I'll be sending the GM and corporate an email. Looks like someone needs to step up. It's a shame . I really like their food.
Service would probably be better if they earned a living wage.

The drive thru has rude people...when they screw up your order they dont fix it they just slam doors in your face that was my experience customer service sucks
Now they lock bathroom door and there's 2 stalls in there which prevents someone else from using it at same time. Not only that you risk peeing on yourself cause the lock is messed up and you usually have to go back to counter and have an employee come and shake and jiggle the lock to try and open it. Salsa always used to come with chicken fajita pita. Not anymore so you better make sure you ask for it.
Suuuuuper slow. I've been in the drive through for 30 mins for cold food. Never againnn
It's a job for highschoolers not adults. If you expect to make a living wage at fastfood place that sells a micro amount of good food that's definitely your problem
