Absolutely. I am Italian-American and adopted Hinduism quite a while ago. This is the first temple I've attended. From the very first day I was welcomed. I was even coached by a few of the priests in what to do.

To your question - Hindu can be anyone. It is a way of life and/or living, that is very inclusive. If you wanted to get in to the temple, I see no reason why not. However, I think this temple is not a public property, and hence checking with the staff quickly might help to make sure you get to know the aspects like what to wear etc.
