I believe the lunch menu is only for weekdays. Saturday and Sunday are for any religious programs run by the temple. Included in these programs can be any kind of prashadam (offered cooked foodstuffs)，meaning that any prashadam left out on the table in the eating area can be leftovers from breakfast or the prashadam can be sanctified remnants from any meal from the Deities. I do not live in this Temple Center but I am drawing on past living experience for knowledge. I hope this answer helps you.
I'm not sure that they have a specific menu for Saturday, but I do know that there is always an enjoyable meal prepared, with a few choices. 😊
