I do not understand how someone can be so bitter and mean all the time. I will never ever go there again, it's just not worth the bad karma they put in the universe.

I've been going to this particular Harold's Chicken for almost 10 yrs and NEVER had a bad experience. The food is great and owner Randy provides excellent customer service! I absolutely love them!
But they always playing gospel music. they need to take a hint from the music they play and let it seep into their souls. So disappointing!! thought they improve over the years - but they haven't.
