So rude to people it’s insane. I’ve never came across a business that’s always empty and still mean to customers. The way they slammed the blinds in my husbands face was just uncalled for. Harold’s chicken should never be empty. Especially in Chicago land. Will not be coming back. A piece of me thinks the kitchen isn’t as clean as it should be. The food wasn’t even comparable to a Harold’s in Chicago. Wasn’t as good. Just sad people running the business.

They ask for ID if paying by card. It's more quarantined than a covid treatment center. The food has less flavors I felt I just had a tasteless fried chicken and fish. Their sauces were also not so appealing overall not a good experience for me.

Honestly was kinda worried about coming when I saw the low reviews,but I had a very good experience! The man at the counter was friendly got us our food in like 15 mins, and the Catfish was so good! Crispy zesty, and the chicken was solid just wish I choose tenders to get a little more meat than the wing, but that's on me.

This is the worst place I have ever been to, it does not even deserve the 1 star rating. The place is filthy the floor is filthy with caked up dirt and the windows are frosted to the kitchen so you can’t see their unsafe practices and re-dipping old French fries. The guy owner called my phone over (20 times) after I made a complaint over the phone I threw the food out after one bite and I wanted to give them feedback on service and this guy is completely crazy I had to call the Police and record the conversation between us, he stopped calling right away. Let’s do our part as a community and stop supporting this DUMP and they will have no choice but to close down!
