The husband and wife are the owners their the one's that are rude, no customer service at all you can tell they are very miserable with each other and life.....
I will say I had the most unbelievable experience ever. I was made to feel like I was a horrible person because I called and mentioned I did not get my coleslaw. I was scold by the employee. It was said if you dont like it go online and say that. It was like they did not want to be there and did not care if I ever came back. I was completely blown away. All I could do is shake my head an say "what just happened?!" Very not cool.
Why own a restaurant with no cutomer service? Very rude why stay open if you don't have customer , why be open close down never go there family own needs help

It's sad but they own the restaurant it's a franchise...
I just said that in my comment. Probably in debt trying to keep it open to try to prove a point to who ever. I pray they attitude get better though.
