I took mine in when it stopped booting up. The rep was direct and honest. Told me the best course of action was a thorough cleaning but there was an even chance it may not work. Informed me of the reasonable cost to do the job. Also explained if it didnt work they could make my hard drive into an external, also for a rrasonable cost. If the cleaning didnt work, I would not be charged full cost. Within two days they hand my laptop back to me working. Even showed me pictures of the problem areas they found.
