The employees are great. The wash was not. A few of the rollers were not working. Our vehicle didn't get clean, evan after two passes. Your better off going home and hand washing it yourself.

I pay additional money for a tire shine and it never work however I’ve never had a problem with them manually apply the tire shine until recently, the young man was so rude and didn’t even allow me to use their dirty rag to dry my rims. Poor customer service I will be canceling my membership immediately.

One of the better car washes in the area! My only caveat is that after your car is washed, it is still wet after the fact. I upgraded to the $5 pit stop. With this option, they dry the exterior of your car, shine your wheels and clean the exterior windows. The staff was IMPECCABLE... even at closing! My only concern is your car is still wet after washing, which can lead to water damage to your car's shine.

Don't get an undercarriage wash if you have an older vehicle. I had to replace a break line on a vehicle I recently sold. Got a "newer" used vehicle and now one of the welds on my rear catalytic converter has a big hole in it. Both situations happened after a wash. I brushed off the first time it happened but after the second I won't be bringing my car here anymore.
