As a test of their customer service, I went in and ask if they provided refurbished phones. You would think that I had asked for tips on how to skin a cat. Cold, non-conversant, completely non existent customer service skills. Terrifying, actually.

I couldn’t hear phone calls through the ear piece of my phone. I thought for sure it was a big problem. Apparently, it just needed to be cleaned, and Asurion did that for me at no charge! Super nice tech, and I would highly recommend this place. I’m sure I’ll be back when I inevitability break something for real. 😳 If you have an issue with your phone, bring it here.

Long time Verizon customer and Verizon Business customer. Verizon requires a repair within a 2-hour time frame when fixing Samsung screens. This was the turnaround time given at dropnoff and they were 30 minutes late returning my Samsung phone for a simple screen fix. This is inconvenient as my schedule relies on them meeting their turnaround and also annoying because of this 2-hour timeframe contract with Verizon, they cannot accept your phone for repair unless it is at least than 2.5 hours prior to close. When this was brought to the attention of the instore representative, he just shrugged and smiled. This establishment is unprofessional and does not meet their contracted turnaround times with Verizon and takes no accountability for their poor operation. It is unfortunate that I'll need to drive further for future fixes to hopefully have a better customer service and operational service experience. UPDATE: 1 hour after posting the above review, I went in to retrieve the phone (which was now 45 minutes past the 2-hour contracted turnaround) and the physical repair is made, but the techs now need to receive approval from Samsung and cannot release my phone. I asked if there is a standard turnaround time to receive approval so they can meet their contracted turnaround and the response was "no" with no follow up. I guess I'll just keep waiting in the parking lot for their sloppy operations to keep pulling further from the baseline standard of average service.

I took mine in when it stopped booting up. The rep was direct and honest. Told me the best course of action was a thorough cleaning but there was an even chance it may not work. Informed me of the reasonable cost to do the job. Also explained if it didnt work they could make my hard drive into an external, also for a rrasonable cost. If the cleaning didnt work, I would not be charged full cost. Within two days they hand my laptop back to me working. Even showed me pictures of the problem areas they found.

I don't know if the S10 has a curved screen, but I brought in my S9 (which is curved) and they fixed it in under two hours. They did a perfect job and I have no complaints!
