Tony Marostica, very sorry about the mix up on forgetting your 10 fingers. I did look back on the camera, we did make them and sure enough you did not receive them. What happened is one of the employees gave them to someone else and there was a miscommunication in the kitchen. No excuse on this mix up but it is a great learning experience for the staff but unfortunately at your expense. Your wife was a sweet heart when she came back to pick up the chicken and again I truly do apologize. I have and will address the issues with all staff tonight and tomorrow morning.
Im not sure but it sounds like a management problem. Poor management equals bad customer service. Just my opinion, I have never called in an order to that restaurant. Often it seems hard to hire good employees for a minimum wage job
