They were not very busy. Food took over 30 minutes from order to receiving and I was a carry out customer. Asked for BBQ sauce on the side and got none. Potato salad was inedible. Potatoes were as hard as rocks and who puts pickle slices in potato salad? Chicken coating is flavorless. May have been ok with sauce but....got none.

Yes a $6 12oz craft, a decent amount of chicken with adequately decent sauce, all and all, middle of the road. Really nice staff though, with old school country

I'm not sure when these other people are going to the shack, but every time we buy the chicken fingers there they're nice and crispy. If you ha e to travel,home they can get softer, but eating them there is a sure thing for us :) ....and if you buy a larger shack pack, you get 4 sauces with the meal (not sure how many come with the smaller packs)

Tony Marostica, very sorry about the mix up on forgetting your 10 fingers. I did look back on the camera, we did make them and sure enough you did not receive them. What happened is one of the employees gave them to someone else and there was a miscommunication in the kitchen. No excuse on this mix up but it is a great learning experience for the staff but unfortunately at your expense. Your wife was a sweet heart when she came back to pick up the chicken and again I truly do apologize. I have and will address the issues with all staff tonight and tomorrow morning.
