My washer wouldn’t spin. Same thing happened a few months ago. Paid 100 both times. Repair guy said it could be harness or sensor. Haven’t heard since. Pretty sleazy business practices.

Repair is a tough job, you diagnose based on best guess and then repair those items to see if it works. Talking to the owner seems like a more concrete step. Express your concerns with more specificity about what the problem was and what was done each time. Listen actively and try to come to resolution. If they make you unhappy on the fix, you won't buy from them, which is their primary business. Seems this is likely more a misunderstanding.
