This laundromat was recently infested with bedbugs and termites. I’d always get my laundry done here and 1 week my stuff came back freshly clean and itchy. The second time blankets were a bit damp but still clean, yet the itching never stopped until I changed cleaners

The laundromat is a great establishment and business but the one staff -John(older Caucasian male with Grey hair) is very unpleasant. He folds sloppily and told an usual customer to not return because of this. Corporate needs to have him work on his customer service or get rid of him!!

They are aupposed to be open(now), I put my laundry in the dryer, the attendant was sweeping or mopping; dryer was set for 50 minutes and it was 7:10pm. Went back, at 8pm, to find the place closed. Attendant watched me load my laundry, watched me leave, knew I lived on the next block and said nothing about closing early. I'll call the place tomorrow, definitely not pleased and planning to do my laundry elsewhere.
