It's pretty busy during Snowbird season so if you want to get a good time you're probably going to want to go around lunch or maybe you can even try going during the middle of the week when everybody else is busy doing something else it's really a hit or miss right now

Lot of restaurants in the area so, lunch would be ok and maybe 4 to 6 pm on a Monday might be busier with Snow birds in town.

It is during tourist season.
