no problem with waiting when the place is full but at 345 PM when the place is 80% empty and they make u wait to be seated because they don't have enuf wait staff. They need to have a chat with whoever does the scheduling. I waited 10 min then left

I'v never encountered that at the olive garden? Sorry but I can't answer that unless they were low in staff. You should have went to the desk and said what the hold up was?

They told us the hold up was that they did not have enough staff due to change of shift. 2 couples were seated but the other folks were told we would have to wait
