We did not need a reservation when we went on a Saturday afternoon.
No, but it's highly recommended. Otherwise the wait can be over 30 minutes during the busier times of day. Even more if you have a large group.

You can't make a reservation, it is a walk up, leave name and wait to get called. I mean called, they don't text you, they yell your name out. They do have an outside drink spot while you wait
