How do I get someone else to pick up an order for me? I have been trying to call and change the name for the pick up person, but the robot on the phone does not understand what I want and I cannot get a live person to talk to?

You need to add them as an authorized pickup person. Calling 888-BESTBUY with your order number or if you made the purchase online, go back online, edit order, add a friend's and family person. The store does not have people who answer the phones, it will always go to the national call center. Sending someone with your ID is NOT going to help, just annoy the person you sent because they won't be able to pick it up.

Just give the person your ID With the receipt. I don't think you have to call....As long as that person has your ID and receive you should be alright
