Management has always been poor. Previous managers were way too lenient with tenants. Every few months a new manager gets hired. Recently, it has been great though. Very nice and everything is fairly new. Some neighbors are loud and annoying and weren't dealt with for the longest time, until now. Glad things are finally changing. Would I recommend staying here? Sure.

I loved this place. Very quiet. Affordable. Well kept. Maintenance was always available if needed. Gonna miss this area.

No idea you would have to call their leasing office
1 cat 1 dog. under 50lbs. I can't remember how much. But it's something a long the lines of 150 refundable 150 non. But again, I don't remember. And then it's a monthly payment for each pet ~25-50 extra a month
4 machines. A Bowflex type style one for pulling and lifting weights, arms and legs, biceps and more. Tread mill. Stair stepper and a bicycle.
