Seems to me the question you're talking about where they answered "no" was someone asking if they provide classes to learn to become a counselor.

All the therapists are licensed by the state of Ohio. Each hold a master's degree as well.

You have to have a degree to counsel professionally anywhere

All counselors have credentials

All councillors have all,credentials to be a councillor. Case Managers Don't have to but are taking courses to become one.
