Was put on a waiting list had to call to see what was going on. Finally they called me to tell me they paired me with a counselor and they would call me to schedule an appointment the following week they never did. Called the intake person twice and she has never returned my calls. It's a shame this is happening to people need help

The only reason they get 2 stars is because I have really been helped by their therapist...the psychiatry aspect of this business is TERRIBLE. If you are on any psych meds I do not recommend this place. Refill times are terrible, they will not call you back and they switch psychiatrists every couple of months without notifying you then you can't get a refill on your meds....just awful.

Would give a 0 if that was an option. This place uses dr. On a per contract basis and the when a dr leaves they don’t even notify anyone. They canceled our appointment 2 days in advance because the dr didn’t renew their contract over a month ago. I guess taking care of the patients is NOT their primary concern. They left us with no medication for 2 weeks because of it. I would strongly advise anyone looking for help RUN as fast as you can

I've had similar problems with their psychiatrists. My daughter is autistic and my son is ADHD with behavior problems and a couple other things. They do have a good counselor named Alissa though. I highly recommend her.
