I don't think they'll charge you for it. I know someone who had their electric restrung and tuned they only charged for the strings I think
Tuning ? Restring starts at $50 plus the strings. why would you need them to tune the guitar? Is there damage to the neck? I'm not sure but tuning should be free
Theyll surely tune it for free and probably sell you a tuner if you want one but you should just download Fender tune app and you can autotune it at home. Very easy. Go to Alto as well to grab some new strings
