In light of the COVID pandemic, we have made the following changes in our store to practice safer shopping and provide a better shopping experience for our customers: - Online order pickup is now available to reduce time spent in store. Customers can pay online and simply pick up the package in-store or curbside. - Where we previously allowed open floor browsing, we have permanently pivoted to an appointment based model to allow our sales personnel to address customers in a 1-on-1 environment while maintaining social distance protocols. - Masks are 100% required to be worn completely covering the nose & mouth while shopping in our store. Additionally, hand sanitizer stations are set up in a variety of location in our store for both employee and customer use. - Public restrooms are no longer available for customer use. Everything is as safe as can be.. maybe more so than most places. Responding to covid concern I just read about.
