Hello Connie. We began the Happy Hour promotion in those areas only, as they were places and times we needed to grow the business. We do the same thing in the dining room with our Early Bird special from 2:30 - 4:30 Mon-Friday. Also, the patio has some cover, but it is not enclosed. Thank you for asking!
The patio is covered and they do have table service when weather permits. Not sure about the happy hour question. Sorry.
