If there was a zero star option, I ordered 2 pizza today online and boneless wings. The first pizza was supposed to be Marinara sauce it wasn't instead you guys gave me a cup the second pizza was supposed to be barbecue sauce and instead it came with BARELY ANY SAUCE, for the boneless wings the sauce was supposed to Buffalo and sweet mango habanero instead I got icing, ranch and Buffalo sauce.

Estimated 20-30 minutes for picked, took over an hour for a wrong order. Not just once, but every time (past three times) its the same. They have a whole computer system, why not use it to change the waiting time automatically, would've been fine if it told me an hour wait... an Dominos is my favorite pizza, its easier to go to Troy dominos instead.

Mostly good experiences with Domino's in general. However, tonight was our school's fundraiser, and rather than properly staff their store, they only had one driver and one manager on duty. I got the estimated wait of 150 minutes, and even went with it so I could support my kid's class. After 180 minutes, and hours of trying to call to see what the problem was, they said they had been trying to call to adjust everyone to carry out. Wish I believed them, just think they dropped the ball, and will not be ordering from Domino's again. After 3 hours of waiting for pizza, I made leftovers. Let it be a lesson to schools who want to raise money - DO NOT USE DOMINOS - they lack common sense.

I have had mostly good experiences with this domino's location. But this last time was not 1 of them. I placed my order online and it stated that my order would be ready in 30-40 minutes for carryout. I understood that with it being a Friday night. But it ended up being 80-90 minutes before I had product in hand. Also I didn't get the exact pizza that I ordered. I asked for a Brooklyn style pizza and it clearly was not it. When I took the pizza back inside to question the workers on it, he told me that what made it Brooklyn style was the way that it was cut not the type of crust. That is false. But if that was the case, the cut was also wrong in addition to the crust.
