Why so many complaints...i have application on file ..with all these complaints I'm scared..is it true ..gate doesn't work,roaches trash piling up ect.

Very true. Gate hasn't worked for almost a year. Trash got better but still overflows at times. If you have an issue better fix it yourself because they will say it's normal. Remove your application asap. I can't wait to move put of this apartment.

Yes to all 3 and more. Also: car break-ins, weird smells, cops often on property, etc.
