During a very difficult time personally and financially the Property Manager Paula has gone above and beyond to come up with solutions, resources and has shown fervent compassion for my situation. I truly appreciate all the efforts the team here at Saddleworth Green has given to me as a resident. There are also a lot of great improvement projects the property management company is producing around the community including painting the outside of buildings, new poolside furniture, replacing roofs, increasing outdoor lighting and a new security gate. It is rare these days that you find people who will go out of their way to treat you with kindness and selflessness. This has been my experience with Paula at Saddleworth Green Apartments

Future resident, after visiting the property I fell in love, the rooms are super spacious with granite counter tops and SS appliances. Marisel Morey from the leasing office went above and beyond to assist me with getting approved. Look forward to moving in soon l!

Very true. Gate hasn't worked for almost a year. Trash got better but still overflows at times. If you have an issue better fix it yourself because they will say it's normal. Remove your application asap. I can't wait to move put of this apartment.

Yea they run your credit. And pretty sure you have to supply your own washer and dryer
Please leave a message and we'd be happy to get back with you. On the weekends, we run with a shorter staff. When you have to take prospective residents on tours, you're away from the office for periods of time and we're unable to answer the phone. Also, when we have someone in the office, we have to handle that person before we can get to the phone. With 480 apartments, we get pretty busy. But we check the messages frequently and always place return calls!
