We do not declaw cats, but will adopt out ones that come in that are already declawed. Only N.Y. state has a prohibition against declawing cats statewide. Otherwise it is up to individual jurisdictions and I do not know of any law in the immediate area prohibiting it.
I think that's against the law to do now. You may want to check that one
