Have been going to Conicelli Service for decades. I have also bought 6 cars there. As for the service details they are the best. You go there, get quick service. The waiting area is clean and lots of areas to sit and relax. Always give you the details of what you need and what you will need down the road. They never push you but inform you. Always do a good job. More important, they are Professional and Personable and kind and friendly to customers. Thats why My husband and I only go there.

Need to call and ask
Well I never had that kind of experience. Infact, my service rep mostly tells me that my tires are good for now and no need to replace or allign.. or wipers are good for one more season. They never tried to sell me something that I felt was not needed. Only exception was the marketing of the Renew Hydrophobic treatment of front windshield, which I felt is a good to have. However, when i declined then after i was never talked into it again. I'll probably get it anyway next time.
