Completely incompetent management and staff. When you walk in there are no carts so you have to go back outside to the cart return and get one yourself. The registers are also a complete mess because they can't even staff a single person to direct people to open lanes. There were 3 self checkout registers unoccupied while the line was almost to the deli. I'm canceling my membership and sticking with Costco. This store is trash
