Do they have open hours for members for the pool? Or is it only available for classes and personal training sessions?

It's open for members as well. They have group classes but the pool is pretty much open. Call for more specific details. 703-753-1818

BTW, it is a salt water pool. Ms. Yanez is correct. You should call. Some times are for lap swimmers, others for families, etc.
