You file in person, you can fill out the pqpers ahead of time
Im not sure if you can file it online. You would have to go to the mdcourts.gov and print off the default papers. I'm not sure if you fill out a military status form with it for marriages. If so print out their active status along with the other form. Attach the forms and drop the court forms off at the court house in the drop box
