REVISED 11/16/2021: SMECO’s Account Manager and online payment site rarely experience unexpected downtime, and when we schedule regular maintenance for either site, we post a notice that explains when the site will be available again. If you run into problems, you can try using a different browser or a different device, or try clearing your browser’s cache, and you can verify that your browser is accepting third-party cookies. If you aren’t able to access Account Manager, try the “Pay Your Bill” button. You can also pay your bill by calling 866-528-7757.
